The House

The Conch House was first built in the 1970's by a world champion ballroom dancer from Germany.  Over the course of its life it has undergone several small updates culminating in a major 3 year period of extensive renovation and extension works.  Completed at the end of 2018 we have created a well balanced 4 bedroom house, maximising the stunning ocean views and placing an emphasis on light and natural products, in harmony with its setting.

The Conch House is located at the end of a long track, less than 5 minutes from the main road that runs through Little and Great Exuma. There are no immediate neighbours so the seclusion and privacy is all yours.  Set within 4 acres of private land in an elevated position above the beach, it is a haven for Bahamian birds and nature.
